This is my attempt at a folk art piece. 

Through all the smoke, anger, fear and doubt you can always find the light. 

The little girls are my daughter Meghan and her friend Bella. Recent events made me want to make this painting. People don't realize what all this hate will do to our children.

I didn't really look at pictures of people for this painting. I just drew them on the canvas with pencil and made them up as I went along. I liked the idea of having all of the players dressed in this flowing white fabric that floats on the breeze. 

Long process for this one.
